10 hours of workout per day! Is Kareena Kapoor Khan going size zero

While we knew for a fact Kareena Kapoor Khan has become a crazy fitness freak. Little did we expect she’ll take her routine so seriously that she’ll literally work out for as many as 10 hours a day. Yes, according to Mid Day’s latest report, Bebo is currently undergoing a rigorous training to lose more amount of weight for Veere Di Wedding as she’ll be seen sporting two distinctive looks in the film – the leaner one in the first half and bubbly in the second. Reveals a unit hand in interaction with Mid Day,  “Kareena has been working out for nearly 10 hours a day over the last one week. A special Pilates machine has been set up for her in the Delhi hotel where the cast is put up, on which she works out for an hour every day. There have been days when she has been on set for almost 14 hours and followed it up with a few hours of intense workout in the night. Even on her day off, she sweats it out at the gym.” However, from what we hear,while Bebo has changed her workout regimen, the actor has been following the same low-calorie, high-nutrition diet that has been specially designed by her nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar. Adds the source,  “Bebo has been sticking to the diet and the results are showing. At the recent Ambanis’ bash, she received many compliments for her toned body.”
Everything sounds good and we are glad that Bebo is getting back in shape but we just hope that she doesn’t overdo her fitness routine and lose more weight than expected. I mean, obviously we don’t want to see a size zero again, do we? But of course on the contrary, let’s not forget how Kareena has always embraced her body no matter if she’s in her best shape or not. Even during pregnancy when she had put on oodles of weight, she had said, “Why should a woman be embarrassed about her body when she’s pregnant? This is such a joyous experience. I don’t see any reason to hide. If you’ve put on a bit of weight on your face, your arms etc when you’re pregnant, it’s okay. It’s the only time you can proudly flaunt the extra kilos and say ‘I’m a woman, and this is what God has made, and it’s such a beautiful thing…’ I’m not sure why no Bollywood actress has done this before!”
Let’s see what’s in store for Bebo fans with Veere Di Wedding! I’m sure she wouldn’t leave us disappointed but would you be happy if she goes size zero?
